Some types of 'churn' is not good
Churn, tenure and retention are some of the things I track when leading a team. I always think it’s a tricky one to look at. You don’t want things to stagnate, you want people to grow. But some are happy doing their role.
But my word I’ve seen it used as an excuse more often than not. Lots of churn is always bad. This is not good or natural churn. This is not a good sign.
“Pah she’s just cashing out her options, it’s fine”
Sigh teeny bit of research is your friend. There are no options there. It’s profit participation units. There’s no profit. Try again.
